I lodged a claim on my policy for a burst water pipe from my geyser on the 10th Dec 2013, on that afternoon I made the agent aware that this is urgent as the leak will cause more damage if it continues, and asked if I could please be assisted urgenlty. she promised to assist me. A few hours later I got no call back, so I called back and got a voice msg saying the centre is now closed. So I selected the option of emergencies and went throught o 24fix, apparently part of A&G, Thabiso said he will assist me as they are 24 hour, scheudled a plimber to be at my place at 1pm on the 11th and sent me an sms confirmation, on the 11th I made arrangement s for someone to be there and the plumber did not pitch up, he only arrived at 2pm when the person I asked to be at my house had to leave. 24 fix then promised to be there at 8:30pm and we waited and nobody came. The leak by now has damaged my ceiling boards and furniture. I then ran around looking for a plumber today the 12th, found a guy who did a quick fix for me which is temporary, this cost me R500. Now I cal A&G today to find out whats goingon with my claim, Neo says someone will call me and he is not sure, worst service I ever had.
