Canceled car insurance by they still debit me

I have motor insurance sold to me by Audi when I bought a car from Audi 4 years ago.
The policy is actually with [URL Removed]
I canceled this policy with them with effect from 30 Nov. Its now 4 March and they have just debited me again.
They do not respond to their emails.
