Bad Service yet again

I am really getting tiered of the bad service continually received at FNB I Kloof.

Every time you come in you wait no shorter than 15 min hearing everyone complaining about the service and time to get things done and nothing gets done about it.

As everyone says looks like we were better of staying at "Beep" bank.
