I applied for a new FNB cheque and credit card online three weeks ago and phoned to activate the account. I received the best service and was so glad that i switched to FNB from another bank. Or so i thought. Since i hung up the phone that afternoon i have received nothing but terrible service. From management, staff, call centre ext.

Why did i switch??? I am still waiting for my cards and it's been THREE weeks tomorrow. I have already paid my deposit to activate the account and even that did not make any difference. I have threatened to close the account more than once and then i am promised an answer or results. STILL NOTHING...!!!

I cancelled the request to Constantia Kloof branch three weeks ago and have applied for a new card to Village @ Horizon twice and still nothing. After complaining I received an sms to say my card is at Constantia Kloof? Is it there or not now because I don't know what's going on any more? Does ANYONE know what is going on and where my cards are?

Is there NO bank that can offer good service?

No number on the internet or ones provided by call centres can transfer you to a relevant contact person and no one knows what's going on with my accou
