Bank Won't Help Me

I am busy buying a house and went to standard bank, all was good and well the problem is that this is about a month and a half ago and still no home-loan. I'm very very aggravated at the moment they always want new papers every time i ask is every thing in and fine the reply was "yes they will take it from there" and after a day or two I have to phone them and ask them whats going on and THEY would say "but you need papers named so and so" now that's what i call service I the applicant needs to phone THEM the home-loan department the whole time they won"t even phone back and tell you whats going on. There is an advert on radio about a certain "STEVE" character that works at "BEEP" bank now i know what bank this so called "BEEP" bank is thanks allot. still waiting for this to be cleared up but still think I'm going to another bank for this is very very bad service. need money go to any bank accept standard "BEEP" bank good job "STEVE".
