On the 03/01/2012 i called stanlibs call centre to enquire about a repurchase and i was helped by a consultant who assisted me well and i asked him if i did a repurchase is it my responsibility to make sure that my stop order is cancelled or will stanlib send that request to my HR department and he advised me that once i do a repurchase it will automatically stop that was on the 03 and on the 08th in deed i received my money that was more than enough time for either them, or myself to stop the stop order from being deducted from my pay slip and i had a look at my pay slip on the 25/01 and indeed the stop order had gone off.i sent an email to [Email Removed] on the 25 to tell them to stop the stop order and refund my funds and i received confirmation email from lindiwe advising me that she had escalated the case to they processing department and she gave me a reference number (1233297).

I did not hear anything from stanlib and sent them an email again on the 30th that was worse i didn't receive any response at all which I think is ridiculous since then, no feedback no confirmation and it is 7 days later excluding weekends need feedback and urgent answers
