SABC Admin is useless

I cancelled my tv licence in 2009 by following the correct process of sending them an affidavit. However, since then I receive a lawyer's letter every year demanding outstanding fees of over R2000 now. Each time I repeat the process only to receive another letter one year later.

I dealt with a nice gentleman called Reagan Counter who assured me that he would cancel and inform the lawyers... only to receive another letter 7 months later.

After completing the process 4 times now and dealing with 3 different legal companies... I can only wonder how long this will carry on for?

Come on SABC... sort out your admin!
