Very displeased

We want to pay off our loan with them which we tried to do via eft.
It wouldnt work so we went into bank and they said we must withdraw the funds which will cost us R300
In bank chargers which i refuse to pay. I was then told i can swipe my bank card at standardbank where they
Have there account. We get there and told we cant swipe our card. Why is it not allowed to be donevia eft
Everything is done that way and is safe. If they want me to withdraw that amount ill pay them r300 short as i refuse to pY
