Swipe card twice

Teller said swipe masjine doesn't work, lady took card to swipe at masjine agains the wall, wait a long time for respond then she said it didn't go trough but I got sms from my bank to show it did. She then with a funny attitude said she must swipe it again for it doesn't show on their system, funny but suddenly the wmasjine at the teller where I was work, so she swipe my card and I got a sms it went of my bank again, she said it will be reversed in 12 hours, 4 days and still nothing and best of all now I have to go to my bank and get a statement to show them it wasn't reversed, my time and cost for their fold, bad service and attitude will not bay from them again.
