All I expect is a reasonably intelligible response to my multiple telephonic and email queries surrounding my simple cancellation. Its a simple cancellation. Its a cessation of the policy. Its in ENGLISH!

Instead, I have emails sent to my email adressing some other person. When quering this I am told by Brian, who severely lacks any form of efficiency by any manner or of any kind, that this is not the case. The query is treated by him as a mundane passing of wind and his approach is totally blase. After inmpressing upon him that the issue is outstanding, worrying and very confused he brushes me off with the flair of an arrogant.
You lot are found wanting on many levels, the most severe of which is your ATTITUDE.
