Normally this would be a complaint. When my wife requested cancellation of our Oneplan policies, the consultant did not cancel mine despite assuring my wife that this would be the case. Thus, I was debited twice and possibly a third time. I sent numerous emails to customer care. When I finally did get a response from Thando, she was most helpful and gave me exactly the information I needed, cancelled the subscription and arranged for my refunds, responding in a timely and courteous manner. Oneplan needs more people like Thando.
