I recieved a call from one of the consultants a month back telling me about their value added service. I specifically advised the consultant tat I will not accept taking on their services until a recieve a document confirming what I will be covered for whereafter I will decide whether to add on the services or not. The consultant said they would forward the document but that never happened. Today, a debit goes off of R 422. Firstly, this was not approved by me therefore they had np right to cancel the debit order. Secondly, I called the Department to advise them that I never agreed tothe services and they advised me that they will forward me a letter confirming cancellation of the policy. I later called to findout the progress. I spoke to about five consultants who either placed me on hold or did not provide what was required. When I reqested the refund I was told it would only take 7 days to do that (Hows is it my responsibilty to cancel something I did not approve). Their service is unacceptable and im unsatisfied. Even now no one has come back to me asking whether I recived the document that they did not send. If this is the service they provide, I might as well also withdra
