Cancellation of services

I had a consultant from the Isiseko dept help calling me and advised me of the services that they provide. It look appealing from a far, before the end of the month (may) I called and said I want to cancel their services, that is when they told me that there is a cancellation fee. I payed my creditors for the month of May and now I want my name to be cleared from their records and the people that they sent the letter to that I will be using their services. I want the letter to be sent to my email as well. I do not want to use the services. I spoke to the manager and he said I must pay some sort of compensation but now I realize that I am paying money for nothing and I do not even have the money.
