N april I joined first for woman. In june I still have not received my policy document. I called the callcentre and told them that I want something to see what cover I have. After a struggle I finally got a email with the document. I then said that I want a hard copy posted else I am cancelling if I do not get it. I also got a call to get some scratch cover and I accepted it. Then I got a debit from my account which is almost as much as the scratch cover premuim and this is a admin fee. really. Then I informed them I do want to cancel via email where I got a response that someone will contact me with cancellation process. And there off goes the debit order a week after I sent the email to cancel. I then called each department to cancel and I received my refund for the scratch cover. I was then told that they need to see the premium for the insurance side in order for them to refund which will be by friday. Today when I was suppose to be refunded I got debited instead. Now they have put my account in minus which means extra charges and looking pathetic on the account at bank.
I got debited twice in in 5 days

I want my premium back asap. The service I got from ffw is pathetic
