Credit Card Account handed over to DMB but paid!!!

I'm not impressed.
It's sms's like I received today that make me realise why I stopped using Standard Bank.

I received an sms today "Your Standard Bank - Credit Cards acc has been handed over to DMC. Please contact us on 0861000116 and one of our friendly consultants will assist by making arrangements for this account. Use 17317766 as ref."

REALLY?
I paid this account in full and final settlement in September last year.
I communicated with a Thulani Kiewit and have e-mails as confirmation and proof of payments.

Don't Standard Bank let any of it's departments within the organisation know what's going on?

Is it a case of the "" not letting the "elbow" know what's happening.

PLEASE can a "FRIENDLY CONSULTANT" contact me with an e-mail where I can send said e-mails with Thulani Kiewit on as well as confirmations - AGAIN WASTING MY TIME AND ENERGY!
