Nedbanks keeps my money, for the THIRD time!

I have a substantial amount of money invested in a 24-hour notice account with Nedbank Centurion. It has now happened THREE times that I give notice of withdrawal but then I don't get my money. My wife has a serious medical condition and sometimes we need to pay for urgent medical procedures. This means I have to jump through hoops every time because Nedbank are completely useless and incompetent! Not only is this Vusani person completely incompetent he's a as well. Every time I have problems getting my money he has some false story he about to avoid responsibility and not to do his job! I have had enough and am moving my investment to another bank :(
