Worst service ever!

Cannot believe the service from Nedbank its so amazing i never thought it was possible to be so angry with a bank. Complaint Reference Number: CCT 471392 .

Today i get a call after being told the home loan was approved that they are cancelling it because my financial status has changed. This was a surprise to me as i still have a job, infact nothing has changed on my side. So how Nedbank saw fit to decide that confuses me.

Worst of all i must find out from the lawyers handling the paper work Nedbank cant even pick up a phone to say a thing to me?!

Cannot believe the service i have gotten so rotten and useless!!!

Worst bank i could have ever used, and a side note is i have no debt in my name i own my car and my wife owns hers not a single bit of debt!!! Disgusting service!!

All potential home owners please avoid Nedbank!!
