Declined application and bad service from NEDBANK

I am good client of Nedbank, I have my bond, car, credit card, kids college fund, my kids savings accounts and a personal loan with them.
Being in a tough financial situation, I decided to approach the bank for help, the idea was to get a second bond on my currant bond to settle the personal loan which would of relieved me by R 2000 of expenses a month.
My application was declined due to some outstanding payment on my home loan of which I was not aware of.
My complaint is banks like these are quickly willing to drive you into debt so they can make bucks, but when you approach them for assistance they just simply turn their backs on you, worst of all when I told Nedbank I was leaving them and cancelling all I have with them being unsatisfied of the declined application, they just simply said okay, as if they just simply don't care. Don't worry Nedbamk, like I said, I will find a alternative solution and I know others will follow.
