AM GETTING TIRED OF YOUR TREATMENT

My mother passed away 2011 november even today you guys have not pay out my dad we lodged a claim you always sent us same forms to feel asking the same questions over and over again now i want you to tell me when exactly are you gonna pay out my mom has been paying the premium every month without you complaining now you have to pay out you come with your nonsense i work for an insurence company i know how this works and that you have to collect necessary infor in order to athourise a cliam but for the whole year haikona i think i now have to step in for my dad nad take you guys to the ombuds man cos clearly you not willing to pay out that cliam, i want my dad cliam to be finalised, you ppl r building company with innocent ppl money, i also have a policy with you which am thinking of cancelling cos we not getting any joy from you guys you just make me sick cos you playing with my dad and no one messes with him sort this matter out NOW BEFORE I TAKE ANY ACTION U BETTER HAVE GOOD ANSWERS WHEN YOU CALL
