Will Actually be 65 before they get this right

I let my previous company a theend of January this year, yes 4 months ago, and have been trying ever since to get Old Mutual to pay out a group policy since then. They could not ever to this date give me a statement of contributions and balance and have now after getting the infomation they needed said they need another 5 to 7 working days to pay claim, even though on the day the originally promised to pay the cliam they asked my previous employee one question which was responded to the next business day yet they now seem to need to restart the usual BS story of everything needs 5 to 7 days. I would love to know how much money they have in effect stoled from clients by holding onto money without raising interest for the client for 4 months at a time.
