I am so fed up... my husband passed away last year October. I reported the matter not long after that at your Cape Town Branch. The one policy you advised you cannot pay out as I have not had the policy too long but you will pay out the installments, the second policy was escalated to your board of Directors to make a final decision..to date I have not heard anything... every time I go back then they tell me the "installments" will be in my bank account shortly this is now since November 2013 to date I have received no installments in my bank accounts. I have not been kept in the loop with what the board of directors is doing either... Why does it take so long for you guys to give proper feedback to someone... if I had to have a funeral policy with you guys for my husband I dont know what wouldve happend as it is already taking so long for you guys to be in contact with me... I have a policy with you guys as well but I am truly starting to doubt you guys and I am not sure if I want to continue with my own policy at this point if this is the service I am getting now.
