My mothers savings dissapeard

My mother received massages that her insurence wil lapse as she did not pay the premiums and she payed almost everymonth she never skiped even a month, she went to old mutual in kokstad then they checked and she was told there is money in her policy and she was paying it and the guy who assisted told her its an internal thing the money is taken in old mutual they wil investigate and its more than 2years since they said so.during the death of her brother when she claimed they didn't get a single coin imagine the stres and trauma my mother went througwithout money to burry the brother, again till today nothing has been done, this whole thing is stressing her and as my mother I feel I have to do something to assist her.it bad to pay every month thinking u are saving then the money dissapear just like that.
