3.5 MONTHS TO REGISTER A BOND!!!

I am beyond upset. At this stage I'm failing to find a word to explain how I feel. We applied for a further loan on 1 of our properties and signed the transfer docs at Marto Lafitte & Associates Inc attorney's on 16 Nov 2012. To date the money hasnt been paid. It took blood, sweat, tears and threats for me to get the bond registered on Monday 25 Feb, 3&half months after we signed. I have never come across a firm with such incompetence. First it was Hazel who didnt give us all docs to sign, then somebody came to our house to sign other docs, then I complained to Rui who didnt do much, then Karlien was handling our file and now Harold. Im am sick of this bunch of people. 3 and half months to register a very small amount. They dont deserve the money we paid them for this transaction. I've explained to them we need the money to buy a business and are on the verge of loosing the business as a result. We did a similar transaction on another property we have with ABSA. we signed the docs on the 17 Dec and the matter was lodged at deeds office on the 8th Jan and registered on the 22nd Jan and funds paid out the 23rd. Hai no man! FNB do something about Marto Lafitte & Associates. I'm enough
