I signed up for a 2MBPS uncappd line. the sales rep asks for docs and says that my line will remain active for a week and then stop if th docs are not signed and sent back.

not even a full week later, i advise the sales rep that i cant send through the docs since i am having problems with the scanner and fax lines. i tell him to cancel my application and i will re-apply when my systems are up and running.

He puts me through to cancelations department who states that she will mail me the cancelation docs and i must sign and send back. I say "i am canceling because i cant sign up due to the fact that i cant send docs and now i must send docs to cancel. she says they have a recodered conversation of me asking for the service. I say "yes, you do... and you also have one of me asking you to cancel". She says she needs the docs. i say okay, if my service is active, then leave it active and i will be glad to pay for it. Sales rep cant leave line active without docs and i cant cancel without docs... LOL
