Settled my loans on the 01/02/13 no letters receiv

On the 01/02 /13 I settled 2 African Bank loans reference numbers 74001520375 and 5429916001. The bank faxed the proof of payment and myself as well to this number 0878073014 and I called them and informed them about the payment. I then asked when will get the proof of payment. They said to me the payment is not reflecting as yet however it should reflect by Saturday 02/03/13 and I should get the paid up the letter on 04/03/2013. On the 07th February 2013 I called African Bank to find out about the paid up letter as I did not receive it on the 04th Feb. I spoke to Forster who informed me that the payment is reflecting however the request for paid up letters in not there. He said he will request them. On numerous occasions I have been calling and they have been sending me from pillar to post giving different numbers to call and no one is assisting below are the numbers they have given me. EDC Department or Titanic Department 086 11 11 011 at Titanic I received no assistance.2) 011 256 9260 whereby I spoke to Patricia who was rude to me and said I must 011 256 9562. 3) I was also given this number 011 207 4500 however today is the 01/03/13 I still don't have the letter.
