Paid up letter, Failure to keep to their word

I had a loan account with the supplier, same was settled via a transfer from standard bank in November and they could not find payment, i was called everyday and i advised everyone who called me that i had settled account, i faxed the proof of payment more then 5 times to different consultants and they all promised to get back to me but not one of them did. Dec it was discovered that fnb which is the suppliers bank returned the payment and no one who explain why, i re did the payment in December and Mahlatse Lebopo was assisting me then and he advised account would be closed and i requested for a paid up letter and i have not received to date, I have sent 2 emails to him requesting same in January but he did not even respond. January they debit my account in which i returned the payment as account was settled as per the original settlement letter i had received. I have ever since been getting over 15 calls a day from their consultant who are very not professional and this still continues, is this how clients are treated?? I spoke to Liezel le roux on the 28/02/2013 and she assured me someone else higher then her postion will call me back to sort this out and till today i wait:-(
