Good experience with insurance

I phoned Virgin Money Insurance as I had a policy with them already (cheapest quote I could get for comprehensive vehicle insurance).
The phone rang once and an automated voice started talking. Not even two seconds into this voice the phone started ringing and a happiness came over me when a person answered my call.

The lady swiftly assisted me with exactly what I needed from my insurer, she spoke clearly and to the point.
She went over a few security questions very professionally and answered all the questions I could throw at her.

Im very satisfied with the service I received.
