I contacted Virgin money to get an insurance quote today 26/07/13 (around 9:50am).
when i 1st called the line was answered but it seems the agent was talking in the background - i waited and waited until i decided to hang up since no one was talking to me. i called them again a a lady answered - i asked her to call back and she did but she was so not patient she hang up on me with closing the call properly.

i am soooo glad I'm not insuring my car with them - with the service i received when getting a simple quote what's the service going to be like when i claim?

I think they do not understand that a quote is just what it, a quote.
