Virgin goes all out to retain custome

I recently bought a new Nissan Navara and was battling to find insurance cheaper than R1500 for my profile. I went to my insurer virgin and asked them for a quote for my vehicle which came to over R1700, I went on a campaign to find cheaper insurance and eventually agreed to pay the cheapest of the higher premium. I then called Virgin to cancel my contract with them and was put through to Ashley who was able to assist me by being sensitive to my required needs and aimed at putting me in the centre of his focus thus he was able to bring the premium down overall considerably. I do recommend virgin with there no excess over R5000 policy. I have had a incident and they assisted me with ease. I would like to compliment the team at virgin and ashley and ask them to keep up the excellent service
