Overcharging on my loan!!!

So 2day I'm supos 2 pay rent and african bank pulls r200 more than its supose 2 on my loan. I need my money refunded TODAY. I need to pay my rent or else thy gona throw me out. How can african bank do that 2 their customers? I want my money back and I want it TODAY!!! Before 1pm TODAY! Its quiet disgusting that african bank can do this to customers. Especially loyal customers like me, how can u just decide to pull wateva amount suits u. We hav problems to u know. I want my money and I want it today. I don't want to hear that it will take days to get it back because it didn't take days for u to pull it off, it only took a few minutes so I expect the same time period when it comes to refunding me back.
