I have cellphone contract with Bayport since October 2012.
The touch screen stopped working, I informed them.
They send me a form to complete and I did, so they can pick the phone up for repairs
Since 24 Jan 2013, nothing happened.
I stopped payment so that they can call me and they did. Each time I raise my frustration, they pass me from one to another endlessly.
I have to pay the contract as it is binding, but for something that I cannot use. I am very upset and frustrated. Bayport is Highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
I still receive calls from Bayport attempting to sell me another contract. This is unbelievable.
