Unhappy Customer

I have a cellphone contract and a loan with Bayport financial, I explained that the cellphone will be paid for by my company but they can deduct from my bank account and I will have to submit my monthly statements when claiming.
But when I received my statement the following month the reference says loan on both statements. I am now unable to claim cellphone allowance because of this. I have contacted Bayport numerous times with no luck. I then stopped paying a month's instalment so I can get their attention instead they started demanding the one month's instalment but my issue was not resolved.

I have wasted time calling and emailing Bayport. The last email I received was from Colleen Bailey on the 14 March 2013 saying and before that it was Ronelle van Rayne:
Please be advised that these are system generated statements and we are in no way able to amend the wording on them. I have however taken this up with our Executive, and she has advised that we should make the correction. This will however take minimum 3 months to implement.

I really need this sorted out please...
