My car was damaged by hail, i called discovery numerous times to claim and after fighting with them for weeks i finally got the claim approved. With all the fighting to get my car fixed, now i am struggling to get an automatic car because my license is for a manual... when i took the insurance it was never stated that i am restricted to a manual (what does my license have to do with all this) this is ridiculous, discovery needs to explain all these details before hand and not give us surprises on the day we need them... my car is a automatic that is insured with you and i have a reason for driving automatic now i must get a manual while my car is gone for repairs... how are you helping me there?? with this hired car... not impressed!!! communication is key discovery...
