I would like to lay a complaint on the service I have been receiving from Bayport. I applied for a Loan with Bayport on the 10/12/2012. I did not receive a reponse on the outcome. On the 20/12/2012 I received an sms/text message from Bayport indicating that a payment will be made into my account on the 21/12/2012. I immediately contacted Bayport and requested them to stop the Loan from being paid into my account as I did not need it anymore. Bayport then advised me that this was impossible, they could not do not do such a thing for me. Bayport advised me that they could only provide me with a settlement quote and I would then have to pay the amount depicted on the settlement quote. I then waited for the settlement quote to arrive as Bayport has promised to send it to my email address. On the 21/12/2012 I contacted Bayport and advised them that I had still not received the settlement quote and requested them to immediately send it, they promised to send it to me within the following hour on the 21/12/2012. I have been waiting since the 21/12/2012, today is the 29/01/2013 and I still have not received the quote. My contact number is 0730930117.
