Debit Order Request

Hi There

I have requested a debit order application form a few times from various members of your staff telephonically and via e-mail, yet to date I have not received anything. Today I received a text message that my "random payments are unacceptable". This is only the 2nd month of repayments and I made an EFT yesterday for the amount agreed upon and have kept up my end of the agreement.

Maybe you should keep up your end of the deal as well by sending me a debit order application form which you carry on about in your recorded message that we have to listen to while waiting over 10 minutes to speak to a consultant
