Shocking fees charged for "Transactional charges"

This morning I log into my account via internet banking to find that my account is empty. Why? because ABSA took off an astronomical amount and called it "transactional charges". Besides the amount charged for these "transactional charges" being ludicrous i also have a package deal with ABSA which is supposed to cover all my banking fees for the month. ABSA didn't even have the decency to notify me about these charges. They simply debited it and left my account barren so that my debit orders will now bounce. I cannot believe that this is coming from an accredited financial institution as it seems more like daylight. I have four bank accounts with ABSA and my bond, however these will be moved to another financial institution capable of providing a better service, TODAY not TOMORROW and sorry ABSA we wont be TOGETHER anymore.
