They don't want to give my money back

I paid R12838.22 on 30/07/2013 through Capitec Bank to settle my loan with African Bank and when I went back to check if my loan was settled, Capitec accidentally transferred another R12838.22. After that I had to go to African Bank and back to Capitec to get the documents needed to solve the problem and get my money back.
After sending the document to African Bank I waited for over a week and still got no answer. I repeated the process and almost 4 months later and still no answer from African Bank.
African Bank I'm tired of sending all of these documents so you can investigate and I still get no answer, I want my money back.
