After my vehicle gave me problems I took it to a qualified mechanic. Shortly after I contacted hollard to claim for my repairs. It took roughly a month for them to provide me with feedback. The case was handed over to Quitin Aslett with contact 087 150 7512. He accepted full responsibilty and apologised and explained that my contact details were captured incorrectly. He then mentioned that he made the decision to approve my claim also because of the delayed response from them. I applaud Quitin and hollard on how they handled the matter, as I walked away a satisfied customer. Quitin did go the extra mile as I could feel that urgency was put on my case. That is what I call customer satisfaction and accepting responsibility.
