I have been a customer of std bank for 27 years.i requested std bank on the 15 feb 2013 to convert my account to a consolidator count.i have been given promises ever since that my account has been converted.i was called by std bank head office on the 25 feb 2013 (ref 4921831 and 42037024) and was assured that the conversion will take place in 24 hours. wesley branch customer care was totally inhelpful on the 28 feb 2013.i am still waiting for std bank to convert my account for the last 13 days
