We drew money last week Monday 06th of May 2013 at ATM no0935 and did not receive the cash. phoned lost cards while we were at the bank and they rebooted the ATM and assured us the funds will be reversed back into my ATM account. This did not happen. Phoned standard bank on Tuesday 07th of May 2013 and they advised me to come into the bank. Went to standard bank on Wednesday 08th of May 2013 and logged the problem ref no 53134619.By the time you read this complaint it will be the 16th of May 2013 (the 10th day after the incident occurred) and I still haven't received any feedback from Standard Bank. When I contacted complaints today your consultant advised me head office haven't even responded yet. Is the happiness of me your customer and my money not important to you? Did Standard Bank from me as your customer?? Is my money ever going to come back? By Friday my water and lights will be cut off because of no payment and standard bank really need to get their act together as this will make me change bank. Very poor customer customer service and if my money is not important to you it is to me...
