Incompetent bank

Ever since I changed my prestige account to consolidator plus, std bank have never managed to charge me the correct bank charges. I complain every month and only then is it corrected. I have again been charged R147.5 whereras it should be. Fixed R41 as I am on consolidator plus. I have this account since 1986 but it seems that I am not valued as a custome
