I HAVE SOLD A VEHICLE AND REQUESTED THE NATIS DOCUMENTS AND SINCE JULY 2013. I ONLY RECEIVED THE NATIS DOCUMENTS ON THE 20 AUG 2013. STANDARD BANK VAF DEPARTMENT HAS TOO MANY PEOPLE THAT JUMP ON THE SAME ENQUIRY AND THE ONE HAND DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THE OTHER ONE IS DOING!!! INCOMPETENT TO FOLLOW THE PROTOCOL ON DOING SUCCESSFUL CLIENT SATISFACTION!!! I HAVE DEMANDED STANDARD BANK TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL MY ACCOUNTS OUTSTANDING BALANCES FOR ALL MY ACCOUNTS AND TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IMMEDIATELY!!! STILL UP TO THIS DAY NOBODY HAS CONTACTED ME TO THIS REGARDS OR APOLOGISED WITH A PROPER STANDARD BANK LETTER HEAD!!! I AM SICK AMD TIRED WITH STANDARD BANK AND HOW THEY TREAT THEIR CLIENTS!!! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEN FOR OVER 30 YEARS!!! STANDARD BANK HARASSED ME TREATED ME UNFAIRLY AND JUST COULD NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS AND THE REQUESTS!!!
FED UP CLIENT!!!

I DEMAND THAT STANDARD BANK MUST CLOSE ALL MY ACCOUNT ON THEIR OWN COSTS TODAY 22 AUG 2013 WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
