6: Email from M re docs required
12: Submitted docs to M with note re some docs unavailable, others included that might assist
17: Mailed M re progress - NO RESPONSE
18: Spoke to J, told to send to illegibledocsjhbpbboss@ address, did so
18/19: Receive SMS that docs outstanding
19: Spoke to S, told to send to homeservmailbox@ address, did so, mail returned - address invalid
19/20: SMS received saying application closed as no docs
20: Spoke to N who told me to send to him, did so
Next week: Call to ensure application reinstated, confirmed
Next week: Call for update, told activation incomplete, now done

9: Spoke to K who said no docs on the system, send to him, did so
14: Mailed K asking for an update, replies with new application no.
15: Get a call - need more documentation - only have 4 items (I submitted 14)
16: Resubmit all docs to another address
20: Call for update - told was declined on 16th

Why did I have to submit SIX TIMES!
Why was I not called re the application decision?
Why no phonecall to discuss the problems with the application instead of just declining it?
