Nedbank
Nedbank and their poor service

I sent someone to Nedbank Branch in Maponya Mall. He was there for over an hour to pay an account which had to be pay today. The branch refused point blank to assit him. When he call me to advise me, I called the branch tried to understand the issue was told the account was wrong. I called the call centre the account was correct call had to be conferenced but the branch still didnt get it. Who is fooling who at the end my account was not paid.
