Payout of Pension Delayed - Divorce

I got divorced on 26/06/13. All required docs was sent to GEPF on 10/06 via registered post.
The following contact was made with GEPF:

10/07 - registered post and email (with scanned docs to confirm)
11/07 - email was read at 8:20, no response
14/08 - email to follow-up on progress and feedback requested
15/08 - email was read at 8:41, no response
29/08 - Customer Relationship Management emailed back, with ref nr: ME71/97937825, saying that the docs will be sent to the legal department for processing. Confirming that all documentation was received.
19/09 - follow-up email was sent asking for feedback
19/09 - email was read at 13:27, no response
02/10 - phoned call center. They confirmed that documentation is with legal, and that I cannot make telephonic contact with them, but should email them.
02/10 - email sent as requested, up to date no response
10/10 - follow-up email again sent asking for urgent feedback
11/10 - email was read at 8:22, no response
23/10 - follow-up email was sent asking for feedback, up to date no response
23/10 - phoned call center (Tebogo Khoeta). Confirmed docs with legal. No further update possible.

Pathetic service!! Pls help!!!
