Billing After Loan Agreement was ove

I'm extremely angry I Applied for a loan with Maravedi financial solutions and my contract was agreed ed to end on the 31/12/12 this morning I went to check my bank statement and they had deducted money from my account I did not make another loan through them or any thing of the sort I don't have the account number with me I keep getting transferred from one department to the next as they cant find me on there systems etc

I want my money back or I will take matters furthe
