I took out a loan with Bayport on 15.08.2011.Last year I fell behind with my loan due to financial issues. I negotiated then with bayport to reduce my installments of which their agree. They supplied me with their banking details and I started to pay the agreement instalment. They even send out one of their consultants, Neville to bring the agreement papers to my working place and I've signed it. The next month still paying I got a call from MDB attorneys stating that Bayport handed me over. I was quite shocked and confused as we agreed on an arrangement. I continued to pay my installments up untill now and it get's debited from my banking account. On the 24.10.2013 Bayport send me a statement but no payments from my side was made and that my account was in arrears. I am quite shocked cause I tranfered money into their bank account and now MDB attorneys are also debiting my bank account. Please tell me what is going on? Am really confused.
