I came off Debt review in December 2012, have my clearance certificate, etc. On 12 Feb, I randomly received a text message saying that my Blue bean card was waiting at the post office.
on 13 Feb I fetched it. I called card division who then told me the account had a legal status on it and that it would be lifted in 7 working days. On 21 Feb, I contacted them again, and they were going to call be back the next day. Today is the 27th and I'm still waiting. Bottom line is: why and how does their system automatically generate a new card if I am not allowed to use it, but their confirmation of settlement letter clearly states, "without prejudice". No holds or statuses have been lifted, and nobody has contacted me back in nearly a week! Pity I did not take down the consultant's name.
