FNB Premier banking and home loans a HUGE joke

I changed my banking from Nedbank to FNB 2 months ago. I have recently applied for a home loan and expected great service as FNB make allot of statements about great customer service.

I have never received such bad service from any bank before. They have taken longer than any other bank to give me feedback on the home loan amount. Magauta Fuzani either does not answer her phone or just does not bother to reply to emails.

Eventually I received feedback that the bond has been approved in Principle however the interest rate was 10.6 % and much higher than any other bank offered me

I am on the verge of cancelling all my accounts with FNB if this matter is not sorted out

I would easily be a long loyal client if the service is good
