Amazing how when you need to claim there are 101 excuses. I was told i was previously paid out incorrectly from their side but would not be penalised, in the same breath i was told they would not be paying out the next claim as i now owe them money. I have never experienced contradiction in a more pure form. What a joke. I have cancelled my policy with them and DO NOT recommend anyone go with One Pet. I have personally spread the word to over 1000 employees that work with me on how they your money and have no concern for our pets well being.
